Pamela and Brook are two of my very dear friends that live here in Chicago. This body of work is a play on beauty and combines an interwoven mix of femininity and masculinity. The inspiration for this shoot was the culture of the Italian countryside of Campobasso.  The models are beautiful and have defined, sensual figures that are covered by black fabric and masculine details. The stereotype of the worker – a man dressed in black, wearing a peasant’s cap and white tank top. And the women covered in black fabric and lace details. I envisioned these images being high contrast black and white to exaggerate the obvious beauty of the female form. For more of my work visit Iacapraro Photography.
